Yen Le Hai
Yen has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Ulster University. Prior to joining the agency, she worked in operations for various hotels in F&B, Front Office, Customer Service capacities, as well as for start-ups. As Office Manager at Best Communications, she takes care of all activities necessary to facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Yen enjoys spending her free time doing a variety of dog-related activities with Twiggy, dancing, and experiencing culture of all kinds. Yen is native Slovak speaker and also speaks English, German and Vietnamese.
