PROLOGIS LEASES 7,200 SQUARE METERS TO GEBRÜDER WEISS IN HUNGARY

ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), the world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased  7,200 square meters of space in Hungary to  Gebrüder Weiss, the largest, family-owned transport and logistics service provider of Austria with operations in Europe, Asia and the United States.

Gebrüder Weiss will lease space in building #6 at ProLogis Park Budapest-Sziget;
a state-of-the-art logistics park located 15 kilometers south of Budapest. The company plans to operate the space as a regional distribution center, service its growing base of customers in central Europe.

ProLogis Park Budapest-Sziget is connected to the national and international traffic network by the M0 motorway on the southern border of Budapest. The M0 motorway provides fast and efficient access to the international airport and to the M1, M7 and M5 motorways, thus offering a strategic location for distribution activities. ProLogis Park Budapest-Sziget currently consists of six buildings totalling over 101,400 square meters of warehouse and office space.
