The world’s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased 19,600 square meters of modern industrial space in Bucharest, Romania, to Centrum Logistics, a European provider of third-party logistics services and a subsidiary of Groep H. Essers, a Belgium-based transport and logistics company.
