CZECH TELEVISION PREMIERE OF DISNEY CHANNEL ORIGINAL MOVIE

Music and dance filled sequel starring Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato

Prague, 2 August, 2010: It's On! Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato are ready to rock the summer in "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam," a full out rock 'n roll musical that celebrates music, dance and the freedom of summer, and reminds viewers to 'enjoy the journey.' Part of the blockbuster Disney Channel Original Movie franchise that introduced a generation to contemporary movie musicals, "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" will premiere on Saturday September 18th at 10:00 on Disney Channel in the Czech Republic.

Czech fans are in for a treat as “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam” sees the return of all of their favourite characters, their incredible voices and world-class choreography that this musical extravaganza became known for. Since its premiere, “Camp Rock” has reached over 137 million unduplicated viewers, and its soundtrack has sold 2.5 million CDs worldwide while spending a remarkable 10 weeks in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 Album Chart. The brand new soundtrack will be available in stores from 16. August 2010.

This summer of fun opens on a high-pitched Camp Rock reunion. All the Camp Rockers have returned, eager to tune up and rock out. Nobody's more excited than Mitchie, who anticipates more than a summer of music. Fresh from a world tour, the rock band Connect 3 are hanging out all summer - Shane to pursue last summer's crush on Mitchie, his band mates as moral support. Guitar legend Brown Cesario, Camp Rock's owner, is ready to rock 'n roll.

But all is not as it appears at this rocking teen paradise. Across the lake glistens the new Camp Star: a high-tech, big-money music camp funded by Brown's former band mate-with-a-grudge, Axel Turner. Down-to-earth Camp Rock may have passion, talent and commitment, but Camp Star boasts resources, infrastructure and money - enough money to poach Camp Rock's counsellors and put Camp Rock out of business.

But Axel isn't counting on a natural born leader named Mitchie, who vows to save her beloved camp and her friends' summer. Clipboard in hand, she organizes the older Camp Rockers into counselors and keeps the camp running. Then Mitchie steps it up again… by challenging the egocentric Camp Star to a Final Jam - an end-of-summer performance duel… may the best camp win.

Starring are Demi Lovato as Mitchie Torres, Joe Jonas as Shane Gray, Nick Jonas as Nate, Kevin Jonas as Jason, Alyson Stoner as Caitlyn Geller, Meaghan Martin as Tess Tyler, Jasmine Richards as Peggy, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle as Ella, Matthew "Mdot" Finley as Luke, Chloe Bridges as Dana Turner, Roshon Fegan as Sander, Jordan "J" Francis as Barron, Maria Canals-Barrera as Connie Torres, Daniel Fathers as Brown and Daniel Kash as Axel Turner.

"Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" was written by Dan Berendsen (Disney's "Hannah Montana The Movie" and "Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie") and the team of Karin Gist and Regina Hicks. It is based on characters created by Karin Gist, Regina Hicks, Julie Brown and Paul Brown. The director and co-producer is DGA Award winner Paul Hoen (Disney Channel's "The Cheetah Girls One World" and "Jump In"). The producer is Kevin Lafferty and the executive producer is Alan Sacks. "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" is a production of Coin Flip Productions, Ltd and Alan Sacks Productions.

Following on from the massively-successful "Camp Rock" official soundtrack in 2008, the cast, including the multi-million selling act Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato, reunite once more with "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam".

ALL BEER BARRELS LEAD TO MUNICH

NEW “BAVARIAN” BEER ON SALE AT THE AUGUSTINE TO CELEBRATE MUNICH BEER FESTIVAL

The Augustine Hotel’s award-winning The Brewery Bar, complete with 17th Century stalactites and stalagmites, is now serving Weizenbock, a new Bavarian-style ale on tap to wetter the beer taste buds pre-Oktoberfest, which will take place in Munich from September the 18th to October the 3rd.

The light, wheat beer is a strong version of an unfiltered German Weissbier or Hefeweizen with a full-bodied taste and a rich and satisfying malty finish. At 13°, 5.5% ABV, and with 18-21 bitter units, Weizenbeer has a rich head, a fruity aroma and a unique taste comprised of a fusion of cloves, banana and smoked cheese.

Following the successful re-launch of Svaty Tomas beer earlier this year, The Brewery Bar will be promoting unique beers throughout the year foment and selected by the acclaimed brew-master Mr Martin Matuska.

Mr Martin Matuska states: “This is a very special brew indeed and we have taken every effort to capture the unique flavours of Bavaria. Weizenbock beer is a light, non-pasteurized, non-filtered, Bavarian- style beer providing a vigorous and very refreshing taste. If anyone is planning to head to Munich for the beer festival or just want to capture the unique taste of a southern German beer, I strongly suggest they visit The Brewery Bar and sample our Weizenbock.”

Comparable to the barley-based regular Bockbier, Weizenbock is the strong version of an unfiltered Weissbier or Hefeweizen. It is made with 60 to 70% wheat malt (German law requires that a Weizenbier, regardless of strength, be made from at least 50% wheat). The other 30 to 40% tend to be so-called Pils, Vienna or Munich malts. These are pale to amber, and sometimes slightly caramelized barley malts with, depending on the barley malt's colour, a more or less opaque appearance. While regular Bockbiers are lagers, Weizenbocks are all ales. They are fermented with special yeast that gives the brew a slightly spicy, clove-like flavor.

PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC: July 1st, 2010 – Starbucks Coffee Company (Nasdaq: SBUX), and its joint venture partner AmRest Holdings SE (WSE: EAT) will open the first Starbucks heritage store in Prague tomorrow, located on Wenceslas Square, no. 57.  The new concept will take guests back to the roots of coffee heritage and coffee art and hopes to capture the unique atmosphere of the legendary Starbucks Pike Place store in Seattle, which was opened in 1971. This special moment marks a new chapter for Starbucks and will be celebrated with a new summer offer of blended juices and whole bean African coffee from Tanzania which will be available in all Starbucks stores from 6th July.

Heritage store – a new Starbucks with its traditional coffee culture

The new Starbucks design is inspired by the concept of traditional coffee stores, and combines a historical atmosphere with modern functionality. The combination creates an environment that perfectly complements and highlights the third place concept of Starbucks stores; where Starbucks stores act as the intermediary destination between home and work. Starbucks launched its new store design at the end of last year, and is in the process of being implemented in selected locations across the US and Europe.

The new store in Prague will reflect the history of coffee, the location itself as well as the transformation of Wenceslas square over the years, with paintings throughout the store. Over 40 seating places are available in the store and it will be opened daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm  Free wifi connection is offered to all guests of the new store as in other Starbucks stores in the Czech Republic. It is the second Starbucks store on Wenceslas Square; the first featuring the original Starbucks design is located at Wenceslas Square no. 40.

“We are proud to introduce all coffee lovers in the Czech Republic to our new concept and store design. This coffee store reflects our desire to offer our customers novelty and excitement, to make their visit to Starbucks even more comfortable and enjoyable. The whole CEE region is now experiencing this new heritage concept, as we have just opened our first store in Hungary and will be introducing it in other new locations across the region very soon. In Prague we are opening our eleventh store and we are happy that we can start our new heritage charter  with such a beautiful coffee store,” says Vladan Armus, Starbucks Brand President for CEE region.

Summer offer

“The summer is in full swing which means it is time for real freshness! This year we want to surprise our customers with a new offer of two blended juice drinks with exotic flavors of hibiscus, mint and lemon. Coffee-done-cold is a real favorite during hot sunny days, which is why we use Tanzanian coffee that is ideal for cold coffee drinks and is delicious with fruit cakes,” explains Marcel Goron, Coffee Ambassador and Store Manager of new Wenceslas Square Starbucks store.

Drinks: The summer promotion includes two brand-new drinks; Lemon Green Tea Blended Juice Drink, a mixture of lemon, mint and cold green tea with ice and Lemon Hibiscus Blended Juice Drink, a combination of lemonade and hibiscus tea.

Whole bean coffee: The new whole bean coffee, Tanzania, comes from the Mbozi area of the Mbeya region in south Tanzania. It has a sparkling zingy flavour, a medium fullness and a gentle citrus aroma. Tanzania coffee is part of StarbucksTM Shared PlanetTM coffees and is recommended to drink with grapefruits, oranges or lemons.

NetJets Europe: business aviation is on the rise once more in the Czech Republic

Fractional ownership seen as the most sensible approach to private aviation in a post-crisis world

Prague, Czech Republic | June 4, 2010 - NetJets Europe, the leading business jet company in Europe, today presented its current position and plans for the Czech market for the remainder of 2010, whilst confirming a visible increase in demand for private aviation services in the Czech Republic. After the effects of the global economic crisis, the Czech market is now experiencing a period of steady growth and NetJets Europe has witnessed almost a 30 per cent increase in flight movements this year compared to the same period last year.

Mats Leander, Executive Director of NetJets Europe says, “In the current post-crisis climate, businesses, especially those operating on a global level are seeking the most viable travel solutions. Fractional ownership offers optimum advantages including time saving, cost efficiency, high safety standards and access to an entire fleet of jets for a fraction of what it costs to buy and maintain a single aircraft. As a NetJets Europe Customer you get all the benefits of owning your own aircraft without the hassles that come with it. A private jet is not only about prestige and comfort, but thanks to our model, more and more companies see it as a practical business tool.”

Moving into Q3 and Q4 of 2010, NetJets Europe expects to grow its client base in the market. The company currently holds almost 15% of the market potential but 150 people in the country could become NetJets Europe customers tomorrow and in the next five years, NetJets Europe is aiming to at least triple its customer base. This growth directly corresponds with current market trends and need for local businesses and individuals to find practical travel solutions.

Cost saving with fractional ownership
The NetJets Europe business model is based on fractional ownership of aircraft. Since 1996, the business aviation company has offered individuals and companies in Europe all the advantages of owning their own jet at a fraction of the costs. Customers purchase a share of an aircraft but have access to the entire fleet of 800 jets worldwide. NetJets takes care of everything from the staff and maintenance to the flight plan and catering. The concept is based on complete transparency and only paying for the services that you use. A private jet is able to fly 800 hours a year but the average private jet owner only flies 160 hours, fractional ownership therefore solves this imbalance. Currently, NetJets Europe has access to nine airports in the Czech Republic, almost 900 airports in Europe and 5,000 worldwide, and guarantees to provide a jet no longer than 10 hours after receiving an order. NetJets Europe also offers a Private Jet Card which means that clients can experience the benefits of private aviation without having to make a long-term commitment, starting at 139,000 Euros.

Radek Stepanek, profesional tennis player said: “For my professional life, I need great flexibility; I travel to many different destinations every week and often have to make last minute changes.  The fantastic service and hassle free travel experience which NetJets Europe offers, allow me to prepare and arrive in best condition. On every level NetJets Europe always meets my needs.'

NetJets Europe top destinations in and out of the Czech Republic
The top five destinations from the Czech Republic last year were Moscow, Paris, London, Nice, Geneva. The top five departure cities flying into the Czech Republic were Moscow, London, Frankfurt, Geneva and Nice. In comparison with commercial airlines, a flight with NetJets Europe from Prague to Moscow or Geneva saves 1h and 40 minutes, to Cannes it saves more than 3 hours.

Marek Dospiva, MD, partner of Penta, owner of Vodochody airport adds, “Private aviation services are important for the further development of our airport and we are glad we can cooperate with the leading business jet company, NetJets Europe. We provide customers with the very best on the ground service and our airport is ideally located close to the centre of Prague, allowing passengers to start or end their journeys with ease.  Vodochody airport is used not only by the business community but also by high net-worth individuals when travelling to holiday destinations.”

The key term selected for the first stage is “Real.” In its message, ProLogis stresses that it has real grounds to provide the best services to the market based on real experience, real flexibility and real results.

The CEE branch of ProLogis, based in Poland, has planned and prepared campaigns for several markets within the CEE region. ProLogis advertisements will appear in business, professional and industry‑specific magazines and publications, as well as on business web portals and key web portals in the warehouse real estate sector. The advertising creation has been prepared by the Tassells Design agency. Best Communications is responsible for media buying and public relations activities accompanying the campaign in the Slovak Republic.

“The first phase of our campaign, centred around the concept of flexibility, demonstrates that from leasing options and build-to-suit solutions, to development services tailored to our customer needs, ProLogis is the best choice when selecting a distribution space provider,“ said Marta Tęsiorowska, Vice-President Marketing & Communications at ProLogis.

ProLogis’ portfolio consists of approximately 386,000 square meters of space in 12 warehouse buildings in Slovakia. In Central and Eastern Europe, ProLogis has 3.7 million square meters in 40 distribution parks (176 buildings).

AVG Researchers Identify New Social Network Application Threats

Political Hacktivists Deface Facebook Members’ Pages to Make Statement

Amsterdam – June 9, 2010 – AVG Technologies, developers of the world’s most popular free anti-virus software, today announced that it had discovered a new threat to Facebook: “Political Hacktivism,” or the nonviolent use of illegal or legally ambiguous digital tools in pursuit of political ends. Over the weekend of June 5-6, 2010, AVG researchers noticed that a number of Facebook accounts had seemingly been hacked by Turkish hackers in retaliation for the recent Gaza blockade incident.

AVG researchers first identified the threats, which seem to be take two forms and, researchers note, probably indicates that there are two individuals or groups involved, and it appears they are Turkish hackers. These tools include web site defacements, redirects, denial-of-service attacks, information theft, web site parodies, virtual sit-ins, virtual sabotage, and software development."

“The number of hacked accounts is fairly small, so far lass than fifty, which would indicate that it is not an automated attack, but the number is still increasing, albeit slowly,” said Roger Thompson, AVG Chief Research Officer. “This is the first time, as far as I am aware, that Facebook has been a victim of political hacktivism.”

Thompson continued, “Given that the attack seems to be being run by Turkish hackers, and that Turkish hackers had once claimed a world record for defacing 37k pages in a single day, we should not discount the thought that they might find an automated way to move, and we should be extra vigilant with what we click. Think before you link.”

This hacktivisim on Facebook is another in a continuing string of malicious attacks to the popular social networking site. AVG recognizes the power that social networking brings to our professional and personal lives and does not advocate giving up on the technology altogether. However, AVG does have some recommendations on how to best protect yourself:
·    Make sure you practice safe surfing. AVG LinkScanner is a free web tool that can identify threats in real-time and let you know if a page or link is poisoned, before you click.
·    If you ever have to install a viewer to watch a video, something is probably not right. Go to the video player application’s official website and download the application there. Never download through a link.
·    Make sure your anti-virus and security software is up to date. If you don’t have anti-virus software, you can download AVG Free here.

AREVA Confirms Its Commitment to the Offshore Wind Industry

AREVA announces its purchase of the remaining 49% of Multibrid*, a German wind turbine manufacturer

AREVA announces its purchase of the remaining 49% of Multibrid*, a German wind turbine manufacturer, which becomes AREVA Wind, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. This acquisition will allow a fast ramp-up of its production capacity to address the growth expected in this burgeoning industry. This new platform will also include the rotor blade manufacturing division, formerly PN Rotor.
“As major utilities are moving ahead by launching a number of European tenders, this acquisition illustrates AREVA’s commitment to play a leading role in the development of the offshore wind industry and to establish long-term partnerships with customers”, said Anil Srivastava, CEO of AREVA Renewables.

Six M5000 turbines have already been installed by AREVA in the Alpha Ventus offshore wind farm, built in the North Sea under real offshore conditions, and are currently in the test phase. This pilot project will provide important feedback and essential experience to develop offshore wind farms.

“AREVA Wind now has a total of 600 MW in large European projects which confirms the market’s trust in our offshore technology,” highlighted Felix Debierre, Managing Director of AREVA Wind.

Enterprise Investors Venture Fund

Enterprise Venture Fund, the venture fund managed by Enterprise Investors (EI), has signed an investment agreement to buy out a 25% stake in Euro-Tax.pl.

EVF's investment will amount to PLN 7.3 million (€1.9 million).

EVF’s latest investment is the seventh company operating in the thriving SME sector in this fund’s portfolio. The total investment of EI’s youngest fund amounts to €20 million.
For eight years, Euro-Tax.pl SA Capital Group companies have been operating on the Polish market, providing overpaid tax recovery consultancy for Polish workers legally employed abroad. The company renders its services almost exclusively on an e-commerce basis. Since its inception, Euro-Tax.pl has recovered more than PLN 100 million in overpaid taxes for 40,000 clients. The company recovered half of this amount in 2009, which proves its very dynamic development. Euro-Tax.pl owes this fast development to its management team as well as its business strategy. The latter, being based on the internet channel, allows for the minimization of risk and cost and the maximization of profit.
“We have decided to invest in Euro-Tax.pl because this company is the clear leader on the market and operates in the very efficient internet channel”, said Rafał Bator, Enterprise Investors partner who manages the venture capital team. “We have established very good contacts with the company's dynamic management team. This is very important for our effective cooperation in years to come, when we will be working together to build the value of the company further,” he added.
In January 2010, Euro-Tax.pl had its debut on the NewConnect market on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company's attractiveness was attested by the reduction in orders and the involvement of a financial investor who bought 50% of the shares offered. In the years ahead, the company plans to increase its range of services and offer them to a broader group of clients. It also plans to expand its operations beyond Poland’s borders and to move to the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s main market (in 2012).
“This sale of shares to Enterprise Venture Fund will first of all support the Euro-Tax.pl Capital Group’s further development,” said Adam Powiertowski, Euro-Tax.pl President, commenting on signing the investment contract. “The priority in our cooperation with EVF will be to significantly increase the company's value for shareholders. Winning over an experienced partner will allow our company to meet expansion plans on the Polish market and in the Central and Eastern European region as well as enable the company to prepare to sell to its strategic investor within the next five years. Even though Euro-Tax.pl has already performed very well, we can see huge potential for the further dynamic growth of our sales services and thus for the capital group’s growth in value. We want the company to move into the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s main market within the next two years.”
In 2009, Euro-Tax.pl’s consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 9 million (approx. €2 million) and were more than two times higher than 2008 revenues. In line with earlier forecasts, in 2009 the company generated a consolidated net profit of PLN 2.3 million (€0.5 million). In 2010, Euro-Tax.pl expects to increase its sales by several dozen percent and to achieve net profit at the level of PLN 3 million.
